Brian,

On behalf of the Imel family and myself I would like to thank you and the Ravens organization for your incredible donation. As you know it has been a long hard battle and I feel confident to say the worst in over. Keeley and her mother returned home a couple of weeks ago. They spent a week in their home in Ellicott City with a few friends and family. They are now taking a much needed rest down in Florida. Keeley's prognosis is very good and will continue to be checked and tested every 3 months for a while. She as long way to go with rehab but gets stronger everyday.

Although this has been every parents worst nightmare I believe the Imels have seen just how incredibly wonderful this community is and how grateful they are to be here. Judi told me just the other day that as she was driving down the road, the trees were in full blossom and Keeley sat beside her with her window down, "this is a beautiful place we live in, until today I never realized just how fortunate we are to be here". They are blessed with great friends and neighbors, Thank you once again.

Sincerely,
Donna Todorovich

Keeley ImelCoaches/Players/Friends of the Ravens:
The Ravens Organization received a call from Renee Paugh(who coached for the Ravens the past two season). One of our alumni, Keeley Imel, who played for the Ravens last season, has been very sick. Keeley was to enter Seton Keough this year as a freshman, but due to severe medical conditions was not able to go to school.

Keeley ImelKeeley was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She immediately was sent to Johns Hopkins under the care of Dr. Ben Carson's team. Surgery was performed. After post surgery care of chemotherapy and several bone marrow transplants, Keely is now at St. Jude's Children Hospital in Memphis Tennessee.

Keeley ImelHer prognosis at this time is better than it was months ago, as she is a battler, had a little luck and lots of prayer. It is believed that she will come home sometime in late Spring/Summer. Keeley's Mom and Dad are traveling back and forth to take care of her and her siblings.
